Building Breath: Wholistic Respiratory Support
A live Zoom class happening September 16, 2026 at 7:30pm eastern
Breathing is both automatic and deeply connected to stress, immunity, and overall health. This class explores how respiratory health is shaped by daily habits, environment, and nervous system regulation.
We’ll discuss supportive breathing practices, common respiratory challenges, and seasonal considerations. Herbs traditionally used for coughs, congestion, and irritation are introduced as supportive tools alongside lifestyle and environmental strategies.
This class is part of the Building Health series, though it can be attended on its own. Classes are donation-based, with a suggested range of $0–$25 depending on your financial situation. If you’re able, you’re welcome to pay it forward by donating more to help keep the series accessible. Online students will receive a donation link at the beginning of class. In-person attendees who will be attending at Forest and Meadow in St. Louis, please register in advance using the separate sign-up link HERE so we can get an accurate headcount.
