Building Generative Health
A Zoom class happening at 7:30pm eastern on October 7
This class focuses on generative health through the lens of menstrual cycles, PMS, period pain, and common urinary discomforts, with attention to how these experiences are shaped by the whole body.
We’ll explore how stress, digestion, sleep, and inflammation influence cyclical health, and discuss supportive practices that help the body function more smoothly. Herbs are introduced as one part of a broader approach to supporting cycle awareness and body literacy.
This class is part of the Building Health series, though it can be attended on its own. Classes are donation-based, with a suggested range of $0–$25 depending on your financial situation. If you’re able, you’re welcome to pay it forward by donating more to help keep the series accessible. Online students will receive a donation link at the beginning of class. In-person attendees who will be attending at Forest and Meadow in St. Louis, please register in advance using the separate sign-up link HERE so we can get an accurate headcount.
