Building Mental Health and Stress Resilience
A live Zoom class happening May 6, 2026 at 7:30pm eastern/6:30pm central
Stress affects our mood, sleep, and every system in the body. Although we can’t avoid everyday stressors, we can build resilience by understanding how stress shows up physically and emotionally and by exploring practical ways to support the nervous system through daily habits. Herbal categories such as nervine tonics and sedatives are introduced as tools that can support the nervous system alongside non-herbal stress support practices.
This class is offered both in-person (St. Louis, MO) and online and is part of the Building Health series, though it can be attended on its own. Classes are donation-based, with a suggested range of $0–$25 depending on your financial situation. If you’re able, you’re welcome to pay it forward by donating more to help keep the series accessible. In-person attendees please register in advance using the separate sign-up link HERE so we can get an accurate headcount. Online students will receive a donation link at the beginning of class.
