Building Sensory Health Through Pleasure and Restoration
A live Zoom class happening July 8, 2026 at 7:30pm eastern/6:30pm central
This class focuses on the ways sensory input, movement, enjoyment, and connection support nervous system health and resilience in everyday life. We’ll explore how pleasure, creativity, rest, and movement function as real health supports, and how they can be intentionally woven into daily routines.
Herbs are introduced as supportive tools that can encourage relaxation, enjoyment, and restoration, and are discussed within a broader framework of sensory health.
This class is offered both in-person (St. Louis, MO) and online and is part of the Building Health series, though it can be attended on its own. Classes are donation-based, with a suggested range of $0–$25 depending on your financial situation. If you’re able, you’re welcome to pay it forward by donating more to help keep the series accessible. Online students will receive a donation link at the beginning of class. In-person attendees please register in advance using the separate sign-up link HERE so we can get an accurate headcount.
