Course Description
The Eclectic School of Herbal Medicine’s Integrative Herbal Intensive Program will commence June 18th, 2018 and run through May 9th, 2019. Our curriculum is designed to take you from beginning herbalist to clinical practitioner. The program is grounded in Traditional Western herbalism, with a focus on the Eclectic tradition of using the best remedy, herbal or otherwise, for every situation.
At our school, we meld functional medicine, modern clinical skill, and the wisdom of folk medicine into a cohesive training platform that we call Functional Herbalism. The intensive program’s class hours will be held four days a week Monday through Thursday and clinic will run on Fridays starting the 16h week of the program. You will accumulate a total of over 1600 hours of combined classroom, research and clinic time. Classes will be held in the afternoon from 12:30 to 5:30 with a half an hour break.

Thomas Easley is a Registered Herbalist with the American Herbalist Guild, co-author of Modern Herbal Medicine and the Modern Herbal Dispensatory and Director of the Eclectic School of Herbal Medicine.
